Peacock + Smith were instructed by Norstar Real Estate Limited to pursue an outline planning application (all matters reserved) for demolition of existing buildings and erection of 10 dwellings with ancillary live/work space; an apartment block containing 31 flats; and 380 sq m of office floorspace.

The site comprises a disused vacant office block, located within walking distance to Sheffield city centre.  Peacock + Smith submitted the application in early 2018, with planning permission granted in May 2018.
