The site is in single ownership and has direct access onto the motorway junction via Holme Wood Lane. The site has a previous planning permission for major motorsport uses that has been part implemented. An outline application has been submitted to the Council for 3M sq.ft of industrial and storage/distribution uses and this is currently pending.
