Peacock + Smith obtained planning permission for a mixed-use retail and leisure development, comprising over 2,500 square metres (net) Class A1 sales floorspace, 537 square metres of Class A3, along with securing planning permission for Marston’s public house (Class A4).

The site had been derelict for a significant period of time, but will now provide an Aldi, Home Bargains and Heron Foods together with a drive through Starbucks coffee shop and a Marston’s family pub restaurant.  The retail park opened in November 2018.
