Capitol Park Extension, Barnsley

Peacock + Smith have been advising on the development of Capitol Park Business Park in Barnsley since 2006. Most recently, Peacock + Smith have prepared and submitted a hybrid planning application, seeking outline consent for an extension to the existing Capitol Park business park, comprising demolition of existing bungalow and development of Class B2 (Industrial) / Class B8 (Storage & Distribution) uses and associated landscaping and infrastructure. Full consent is sought for the means of access and initial ground works.

The latest proposals, designed by The Harris Partnership, will support the extension and growth of an existing and successful business park, creating a significant number of jobs both in construction and operational phases.
