Peacock + Smith secured permission for our clients, Quora Developments Ltd, for a new 2,137 sq m foodstore on the edge of Chard town centre.

The scheme, designed by The Harris Partnership, will enable Lidl to relocate from their existing outdated premises, improving convenience provision for the town. The application required extensive discussions in relation to retail impact on Chard town centre.
