Peacock + Smith have submitted a full planning application for the demolition of existing garage units and construction of two residential dwellings in Childs Hill on behalf of Freshwater Group.

Peacock + Smith were involved in the project from its inception; providing initial feasibility advice and carrying out pre-application discussions with the local planning authority. The scheme, prepared by Metashape Architects, represents an excellent example of infill housing, which maximises the potential of a previously developed brownfield site in a sustainable location. The proposals also include the provision of private amenity space and cycle storage for future residents.

The application was submitted in December 2020 and a decision is anticipated in Winter/Spring 2021.
