Peacock + Smith secured outline planning permission (all matters reserved apart from access) for the comprehensive redevelopment of the former Crosslee tumble dryer factory site for mixed use. The proposals secure approval for a care home, retirement village (91 units), residential development (106 dwellings), 2 hectares of employment and landscaping/habitat works.
Peacock + Smith undertook a lead agent role on the project; assembling a consultant team; organising public consultation; promoting the site through the Calderdale Local Plan process; undertaking EIA screening; and preparing and negotiating the outline application.
