Peacock + Smith obtained prior approval in early 2018 to convert the first and second levels of this property at Westow Hill, Crystal Palace from offices to four residential units. Subsequently, we were instructed to pursue a full planning application for the upward extension of the existing building to accommodate an additional two residential units.

The property is located in the Westow Hill Conservation Area, which is characterised by 19th and 20th Century buildings. The scheme, prepared by Clague Architects, represents an excellent example of a well-designed extension that results in an increase in density of the property whilst still remaining respectful of its historic environment.

The application was submitted in May 2019 and a decision is anticipated in Summer/Autumn 2019.
