Peacock + Smith secured full planning permission for the development of 146 homes for rent following the submission of full applications and an appeal to Bradford Council. The scheme includes a mix of 1/2/3/4 bed homes that will be constructed for and managed by Caddick Group’s Casa Moda build to rent brand. Peacock + Smith acted as planning agent, which included organisation of public consultation; submission of the planning application; and preparation of the planning appeal.
