Peacock + Smith secured a series of planning and listed building consents for the refurbishment of a ten-storey residential-led mansion block (a statutory Grade II listed building falling within a conservation area) in Marylebone. The instructions have included the refurbishment of the former petrol filling station to facilitate re-occupation; the modernisation of the car park on the upper and lower basement levels; internal and external alterations to several retail units together with new signage; the refurbishment of all internal communal areas; and replacement of all fenestration.
