Peacock + Smith is working with Bowman Riley on the creation of ‘Evolve’ – a new business providing affordable workspace across London and the South East. Evolve Colchester will offer 90 small business units and 5 standalone offices geared towards start-up businesses.

The 90 small B1 and B8 commercial units will deliver approximately 3,969 sq m of floorspace, with the 5 office blocks providing an additional 4,270 sq m. The scheme includes on site parking and, landscaping. The scheme has been designed to create a business environment that can accommodate a mixture of uses, from start-up businesses to storage and manufacturing. This flexible accommodation will allow for the changing property needs of small companies and meet differing commercial demands.
