Peacock + Smith have obtained planning permission for a development providing 85 small business units, along with communal facilities and amenities for occupiers of the development at a previously developed site at Woodlands Business Park, Milton Keynes. The planning permission obtained on behalf of the client is for unrestricted B1 or B8 use with full flexibility between B1 and B8 uses throughout the approved development.

The proposals (designed by Bowman Riley Architects) has been commended by the urban design officers at Milton Keynes Council with the units being described as practical, modern, visually interesting with a degree of variety. This is particularly evident in the form of the distinctive hub building which will provide communal facilities for occupants of the business units.
