Peacock + Smith advised on the redevelopment of a listed farm and associated buildings in a Conservation Area and partly in the Green Belt.

We also ensured the site is allocated in the development plan and agreed amendments to the Green Belt boundary with the local planning authority, in order to achieve the optimal development for the client. The project created eight new homes in a countryside location.
