Former BHS, High Street, Watford

Peacock + Smith secured planning permission for our clients, Sports Direct Limited, to enable the complete refurbishment and extension (1,400 sq m) of the vacant former BHS store. The final phase of development includes a new contemporary facade (designed by Whittam Cox) and this is the subject of a current planning application. The proposals will deliver much needed enhancement to this 1960s building and will allow the delivery of a new Flannels and Sports Direct store in the heart of Watford Town Centre.
