Haydon Drive, Pinner

Working with Hunters Architects and Philip Pank Partnership, Peacock + Smith provided planning support in respect of the London Borough of Hillingdon’s application for a 100% affordable housing scheme at Haydon Drive, Pinner. The proposed development will deliver 21 high-quality, family-sized homes for social rent, replacing 16 outdated studio bungalows that no longer meet current space or accessibility standards.

The scheme makes efficient use of brownfield land while maintaining a layout and density that respects the character of the surrounding area. It will also deliver wider benefits, including enhancements to the public realm, improved parking provision, and a dedicated children’s play area.
