Peacock + Smith have prepared and submitted a planning application on behalf of the Vistry Group for residential development at a former 9 hole golf course in Humberston, Grimsby.

An allocated housing site in the Local Plan, the application followed a period of public consultation and a pre-application submission to the Council, both carried out by Peacock + Smith.
