Peacock + Smith secured detailed planning permission for the development of 55 dwellings for Gleeson Homes at Northside Road, Bradford.

This site forms Phase 2 of Gleeson’s Northbeck Grange development. Peacock + Smith previously obtained approval for Phase 1 of this scheme, located to the north of this site for 167 dwellings.

The development consists of a mix of affordable and market housing, with key planning challenges relating to the loss of a playing field and achieving an improvement in the local setting through design, layout and use of materials.
