Oakwood Court, Kensington

Peacock + Smith have submitted a full planning application for the change of use the lower ground floor of an existing seven-storey building at Oakwood Court, to create six new dwellings in Kensington, including minor external works, bicycle compound, bin stores and hard and soft landscaping.

Peacock + Smith were involved throughout the evolution of this project, carrying out pre-application discussions with the local planning authority and conducting public consultation with the local community prior to the submission of the full application. The scheme, prepared by Metashape Architects, seeks to utilise surplus space to deliver high quality residential units.

The application was submitted in December 2020 and a decision is anticipated in Winter/Spring 2021.
