Etex Expansion Bristol

Peacock + Smith have submitted a planning application to secure permission for a major expansion of our client’s manufacturing facility in Bristol.

The Etex Group are investing £140 million into this new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, adding significantly to its production capacity in the UK.

The extension to the existing factory would increase the total internal floorspace of buildings present on the site from approximately 58,000 sq m to approximately 111,000 sq m. The proposals (designed by Maber Architects) will deliver new buildings housing plasterboard production facilities and associated warehousing for storage of materials and finished products.
