Power Park, Nottingham

Peacock + Smith have advised HBD and Oxenwood on the redevelopment of a former tobacco factory in Nottingham, which has resulted in six new industrial and logistics with a total floor area of 46,500 sq. m on a site of 10.5 ha.

Our involvement started by securing the necessary planning permissions to allow the adjacent tobacco distribution centre to continue operating, then securing a Local Plan allocation to redevelop the site and obtaining detailed planning permission for the completed development.

The proposal raised many issues, which were all successfully addressed, resulting in approval by the City Council.
