Peacock + Smith secured permission for a 4,227 sq m (45,500 sq ft) retail led mixed use scheme in Saltash, Cornwall. The scheme will deliver a multimillion pound investment as well as creating 165 jobs plus additional training and apprenticeship opportunities.  The proposals include significant environmental improvements to this prominent and vacant brownfield site, delivering a high quality development including extensive landscaping to the boundaries of the site and within the car park.

Peacock + Smith engaged with local stakeholders and assisted in negotiation of the Section 106 agreement which provides a significant S106 contribution towards Saltash Town Centre initiatives, as well as the provision of signage on site and within the town centre.
