Acting on behalf of WM Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Peacock + Smith secured planning permission for a new 4,088 sq m (44,000 sq ft) foodstore and 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) non food retail unit at St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

The site is located on one of the main arterial routes into the historic town and the proposals will deliver a much needed foodstore for local residents. Peacock + Smith undertook extensive discussions with Planning and Design Officers.
