Peacock + Smith have secured planning permission for a new medical centre incorporating two GP surgeries and associated clinical support offices to be operated by the NHS on Elton Street East, Wallsend.

The site lies within Wallsend town centre and will complete the town centre redevelopment. The new building (designed by West Hart Partnership) will secure the relocation of the two existing GP surgeries to provide modern facilities with a full range of clinical services.
