Whitchurch Road, Cardiff

On behalf of Assura, Peacock + Smith have secured planning permission for a replacement Whitchurch Road GP Surgery along with the remediation of adjacent land to allow the site to be reused for allotments.

The new GP surgery is around the corner from the existing GP surgery premises which it has outgrown. The new GP surgery will provide modern facilities with more consulting rooms, pharmacy, dedicated car park and a wider range of clinical services. The allotment site has not been in use for a significant period of time since becoming contaminated. The remediation will bring the allotments back into active use.
