Peacock + Smith’s London office has recently submitted a planning application to Brent Council in relation to the land rear of 203 Willesden Lane, Brondesbury.

The application proposes the demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide one four-bedroom family dwelling, and associated landscaping, and refuse and cycle storage.
