Peacock + Smith’s London office has recently submitted a planning application to Brent Council in relation to the land rear of 203 Willesden Lane, Brondesbury.

The application proposes the demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide one four-bedroom family dwelling, and associated landscaping, and refuse and cycle storage.

Metashape Architects has designed the scheme, which is driven by sustainability, demonstrated by the careful selection of materials, a highly efficient building fabric and the integration of renewable technologies. Usherwood Arboriculture and TTP Consulting Planning Specialists have provided advice on matters relating to trees and parking provision, respectively.
