Yew Tree Farm, Farnley Tyas

Peacock + Smith acted as agent to secure planning permission for a residential scheme at Yew Tree Farm, Farnley Tyas, in Kirklees District, which involved the sensitive conversion of listed buildings and an element of new-build to provide a total of 17 dwellings in the heart of the village.

The application was the subject of extensive discussions and negotiations with the local authority and was approved by Members of the Kirklees Strategic Planning Committee subject to a Section 106 Agreement.
