Chris Creighton

Chris has worked for Peacock + Smith in Leeds since 2004 and has been a Director since 2007. He started working in the planning profession in 1997 and has developed a specialism in retail, leisure, hotel and other town centre developments, having worked for a wide range of private sector and public sector clients on a variety of development projects.

He has successfully led numerous complex development proposals through the planning system: coordinating public consultation, the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments, preparing Retail Impact Assessments and negotiating planning conditions and legal agreements.

He has also appeared an expert witness at a number of Public Inquiries. He enjoys the challenges each new project brings and is proud to have contributed to a number of successful developments across the UK.
