Loraine Kelly

Loraine joined Peacock + Smith in 2012 and was appointed Associate in March 2014. She started working in the planning profession in 2005 working in the private sector, and was previously employed as a planning consultant by a national planning consultancy in London.

She has considerable experience of working for a range of private sector clients on commercial, residential, retail, community and mixed-use based developments, predominantly throughout London and the South East.

Commercially focussed, with key project management skills and a vast technical planning background her experience includes project management and submission of applications, community engagement, site appraisals, planning strategies, enforcement advice, appeals and negotiation of Section 106 and viability matters.

Loraine has also worked on a large number of heritage related projects.
