Ross Brereton

Ross joined Peacock + Smith in December 2021 as an Associate. He has over 8 years professional experience working for local authorities and several large planning consultancies in Surrey and London.

Ross brings with him extensive experience directly advising a range of private and public sector clients on varying sized commercial, industrial, residential, retail, leisure and mixed-use developments across London and the wider South East.

His expertise is wide ranging including due diligence, asset management, site promotion, Local Plan and planning application representations, preparing and coordinating a variety of different planning application types, negotiating with key stakeholders and appeals work.

Ross is particularly knowledgeable of national and local planning policy issues and has a keen eye for detail and interpretation. He has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2016.
