Thomas Yule

Thomas joined Peacock + Smith’s Leeds office in July 2021 after graduating from Newcastle University with a Master of Planning (MPLAN) degree, an integrated Masters which included a BSc in Urban Planning. Before starting his final year, Thomas completed a sandwich year at a planning consultancy in Swindon, working in their planning team on a range of projects.

Since joining Peacock + Smith, Thomas has worked on projects for major clients, undertaking site appraisals and supporting the preparation of Planning Statements. Thomas’ role includes submitting and monitoring planning applications, consulting with case officers, assisting with the preparation of Retail Assessments, and supporting colleagues at Peacock + Smith on a range of projects.
