Peacock + Smith were instructed to provide planning support for a full planning application for 117 affordable dwellings on behalf of Westchurch Homes at Tuscan Works, Longton.

Key planning challenges involved the delivery of affordable housing on a brownfield site, mitigation of flood risk concerns and an evaluation of local public open space provision and demand.

Peacock + Smith provided support and advice throughout the planning process, preparing a Planning Statement, a Green Space Assessment and a Sequential Flood Risk Assessment in support of the planning application.
