Lepton Masterplan

Peacock + Smith have advised the landowner and prospective housebuilders on the development of up to 585 new homes on land that was previously in the Green Belt.

Peacock + Smith secured the land’s allocation in the Local Plan and worked with the adjacent landowners, resulting in a masterplan and grant of outline planning permission in 2023.

The development required extensive collaborative working with a design team and the local authority to create an attractive new place to live with green spaces.

The first phase has now been sold to a housebuilder and the masterplan will allow future phases to come forward.
